We all know that students are walking the halls of your schools with questions to life that are not answered with math. The Equal Access Act, signed into law in 1984, gives students the opportunity to have open conversations about the spiritual side of student’s lives. First Priority has always been on the front line of following the law and helping schools to navigate the law to partner with churches.  A few benefits of having First Priority in your school. First, we are a non-profit. This gives you a central point of contact between the school and area churches. Second, we know the laws of operating a faith-based ministry in a public school setting. Several of our directors provide training for their school districts on the Equal Access law which helps you to provide holistic development to your students. This has helped all of us stay focused on the holistic development of students and out of the courtroom.
